I am a Surgical Oncologist based in Delhi-NCR, with a dedicated focus on Thoracic and Gastroesophageal malignancies, including minimally invasive oncology procedures. After being conferred the BEST OUTGOING SURGEON award in 2008 by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka, I pursued specialized training in Surgical Oncology at the Department of Surgical Oncology, BRAIRCH, All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi.

With over 10 years of academic and clinical experience in Surgical Oncology following my MS in General Surgery, I have held key leadership roles in reputed institutions. I served as Associate Director in the Department of Surgical Oncology at MAX Institute of Cancer Care and subsequently as Director (Surgical Oncology) at SHALBY Sanar International Hospital, Gurugram.

Currently, I am the Director & Head of the Department of Surgical Oncology at Fortis Escorts, Okhla, New Delhi and Fortis Hospital Gurugram, where my practice continues to focus on advanced, patient-centric surgical management of thoracic and gastro-esophageal cancers.

After Finishing 1 year of fellowship in LAPAROSCOPIC and ROBOTIC ONCOLOGY while I was a Senior Research Associate at A.I.I.M.S, I have been doing Laparoscopic D2 gastrectomies, Open Lung surgeries(Lobectomies and Pneumonectomies) and Thoracoscopic ESOPHAGEAL surgeries and have published many papers in these fields. I am a strict believer of evidence-based practice and have been pursuing the same. I have good communication skills and can talk in English, Hindi, Marathi and Punjabi.
